JOB DESCRIPTION



Roles and Responsibilities

-- Following operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective day to day operations.
-- Supervising, training, and mentoring team members to help them meet their goals and perform to the best of their abilities.
-- Coordinating and monitoring team activities to ensure that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
-- Assisting with planning, scheduling, and assigning work to team members to meet company deadlines.
-- Analyzing and interpreting data to identify areas for improvement in the team's performance.
-- Communicating with stakeholders, such as customers, suppliers, and other departments, to ensure that operations are running smoothly.
-- Providing leadership and guidance to the team to help them achieve their goals and resolve any issues that arise.
-- Ensuring that the team complies with all relevant regulations and standards, including health and safety and quality control.
-- Other Team Lead Related Functions.

Desired Candidate Profile

-- BBA, BCA, BSc, BCom, BBM, MCom, MBA or PGDM
-- 2 to 3 Years Relevant Experience
-- Verbal & Written Communication Skills
-- Hardworking & Presentable
-- Candidates who can manage Hectic Schedule
